Help kids experience the wonders of the outdoors!

I am able to give my son the opportunity to have wild outdoor adventures, but not all parents or kids are so lucky. Northern California has some of the world's most specatular landscapes. I love having the ability to take Galileo out to explore. I believe that being out in nature and accomplishing feats like topping out a rock climbing route or backpacking through the wilderness provide a sense of self-worth and awareness that can never be taken away. What better gifts can be given to at-risk urban youth?
