If you become unable to attend a climb for which you have registered you must notify us in writing. Your deposit will be refunded only when you reach your fundraising goal. If you cancel after 120 days prior to the departure date of your climb, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance of your pledge commitment, and donations made to BAWT through your fundraising effort will not be returned. Bay Area Wilderness Training reserves the right to cancel, and/or reschedule the climbs due to registration minimums or other unforeseen circumstances. If at any time after 120 days prior to the departure date BAWT cancels a climb, or reschedules to a time that you are unable to attend, you will automatically receive a full refund of your deposit and BAWT will offer to refund contributions to each of your donors, at the donor’s discretion. BAWT is not responsible for cancellations due to weather or the changing mountain environment, however, we will make all reasonable attempts to modify the climbs to accommodate changing conditions. BAWT is not responsible for additional expenses incurred including non-refundable airline tickets, equipment, medical expenses, etc.
